Ripley, Ontario Canada | Everyone likes to bash the bad dealers (and maybe they deserve it) but a good report for an Ontario dealer
I had a waterpump go out on my Agco Allis tractor. Connect Equipment in Chepstow had rebuilt it a year ago and it failed again about a month ago. These are an expensive water pump (about $1500 Cdn) so they rebuild them. The kit is about $250. They rebuilt it a year ago (almost exactly) and it was loosing bearings again 500 hours later. I just got the bill and while the 500 hour rebuild wasn't free, they did share the pain fairly evenly. Nice to have a dealer that stands behind their work, it had been about a year and 500 hours, they could have said tough, thats how it goes, but they didn't. It goes a long way to explaining why I have 2 Agco Tractors in my yard. Service does sell equipment. | |
