4 in our household - 2 adults - 1 teenage daughter- 1 elementary age daughter. We use a gallon of milk a day and an 18 pack of eggs a week. We don't drink soda, so it's either water or milk if your thirsty, usually milk.
We have a small flock for the cackleberries ( eggs),but I can't get anyone willing to milk a cow daily so we buy the milk at the store.
