I am the wrong person to ask. I had been using company phones (all Blackberry for quite a few years) for some time, but needed a personal one last summer since I was going to drop home phone service. I ended up finding an inexpensive unlocked dual SIM Microsoft (Nokia) phone from their on-line store. I've never actually owned or used a iPhone or Android phone for any amount of time so I can't really compare my phone to anything out there today. I just know it's not "farmer tough". I have my personal line through my isp. They are a regional outfit near Woodstock that can provide either dsl or cable based internet. They branched into reselling cell service as well. Cell service seemed 20 bucks cheaper than similar Rogers, Bell or Telus plans. |
