Farmington, Mo | ...for the number of enterprises an operation can have? I would imagine it may depend on the number of people involved in the business as more hands make for lighter work, but I'm wondering if maybe we are stretching our time too thin with all the different things we do.
Just two of us here and I don't imagine there will be any additional hirings anytime soon. We grow four grain crops, alflalfa, grass hay, have cow/calf to finish, bale and deliver 14K plus small squares of wheat straw.
To this point we have invested in bigger/better equipment which has helped greatly! Just wondering what some of you have learned from your experience fully realizing this is subject to personal style and preference to some extent. | |
