Make sure your contract is up to avoid early termination fees.
When it comes time to return your equipment, they'll send you a box with various compartments.
Take a picture of the items in the box before you tape it up to ship so you can verify all required items were returned.
Then also send it so you can track it.
We had no problems cancelling or getting a refund, but I'd heard other horror stories.
