Michigan | I did not order mine yet, one of the other guys from the group ordered it and brought it to the cabin, he paid $70. I took a pic of some of the paperwork that came with it and I googled it when I got home.
Yes it has a built in rotor that is powered through the coax cable.(I had no idea there was any power in coax cable). One thing we disliked about it was that someone had to look at the antenna to tell which direction it was pointing while it rotated.We only moved it twice and left it alone, I feel once you find the spot that delivered the best reception you will not be using the rotor feature.
Edit=notice in the pic it shows 50ft max between antenna and tv,we were well over 100 ft apart and it was fine.
