C IL | I've been buying used 'old generation' precision gear for about 25-33% of list. Generally. That is stuff one step back (Air Force instead of delta force, FMX instead of 2050, etc).
I am really struggling to understand hydraulic downforce. Seems like lovely technology, I really struggle to understand the payback. One of those soft returns, perhaps.
We were really early to the RTK/autosteer/20/20 technology. Payback was big. I just don't get it with hydraulic. But I am not an agronomist by any stretch of the imagination.
If you figure out it has a big ROI, please let us all know so I can adjust my perception.
