Camp Douglas Wi. 40miles nw of wi. dells
Before the milk cows left, Dad, brother and I put 20,000 small squares a year. Dad would cut and rake, in the mornings while brother and I would milk, feed and unload 5 kicker wagons. Then in afternoon Dad baled, one of our wife's, mother or a sister (have 4) would pull wagons, while brother would put bales in elevator and I stacked in barns. Had a lot of 5 day stretches were we put up 7-8K bales.

Cows left 20 years ago, put up 6K bales of horse hay for 7 years after that, then square baler and kicker wagons left also.

I couldn't stack 100 bales now.

With 1000 bales picked of the ground and stacked in barn will test your wife's true love for you.
