Define "positive"... If you want her to have a great experience and put up 2000 next year, you load she drives. A lot depends on how heavy the bales are made. Usually 50lbs are about right for women to handle. Not starting a fight as my sister has thrown more 100lb alfalfa squares than I can count. Just a lot easier to learn on 50lbers especially for the first time. Three or four person crew would work best if you're picking them off the ground. Driver, thrower, stacker(s). Gloves are a good option. Definitely doable, but also a full days work that you will feel the next.
