Even after no visible liquid is on the plant it can become a vapor?
Example, applied engenia at 9am winds NW 5-10mph. Quit at 1pm due to 15 mph winds. 10pm wind dies and possible inversion takes place, could the 9am application volatilize?

No. If it was going to volitalize, it did during the heat of the day. It's not going to pick up with no sun and heat.
