North Central Texas
Fertilizer and lime are the only things that work. No matter how perfect you care for it, mother nature will send a bad winter or drought. No hybrid is 100% sterile either and the offspring slowly builds and takes over weak areas. Old world feeder was important because it showed us in a short time how coastals revert back to common.

You can fight common and spend your life doing it, or just fertilize the heck out of it and let it be.
