WY, OK

Won't be hard to get a cow in past where it says "wing" but then to get her actually in that next pen without losing her will be difficult.  she'll go to the corner by the tank, you'll have to move over there to get her out and she'll beat you back to the hole where the wing is.  Put a gate there to not lose them and then will still have to play games running in circles until they decide to go into the next pen.  We had a similar setup coming out of calving lot, best thing we did was put some panels across the pinch point so once you had them close you had them.  I'd also have something better than 7 strand barb from maybe 20' before that wing all the way to the water gap.  Our old calving lots had minimum 9 strand and was still iffy if you could have cornered a cow against it.  Pipe post every 5'-6' with steer panels and a middle and top bar at 6' tall would work nicely, all ours are made that way and nothing has ever tested it.

I'd also want more pens to sort out of before running down the alley.  We put 3 pens options after head catch and the 4th was go out to a small pasture, was nice to have that many options.  Ours were about 10-12' in front of headcatch and just put a gate on each side to swing in to the headcatch to then divert an animal into which ever of the 3 pens you want, if we wanted them to just go out we just left the side gate open and cow left and turned out to the pasture.  Was also nice to be able to get a truck or tractor in front of head catch and to the back side, especially for snow removal.

Basic idea of it:
