Subject: RE: 2-4D & Dicamba rates for fall spraying

Morris, IL
Interested what others say, i've been told few things from different people. I've been told 1/2 24D and 1/2 Banvel or something like that. Other have said 1lb. 24D. One guys said need MSO and other who i trust to know more about this said not to worry about MSO. 1/2lb 24d comes in somewhere 2.5$ an acre and Banvel 2x that. Wonder if i need/safe with that much Dicamba ahead of soybeans? I'll be shooting to do the ground going to soybeans first and problem fields but if i get time plan to just about spray everything.

One thing nobody has asked, what kind of water rate? Should be able to go low with just 24D and Dicamba right with maybe some AI turbo T's, wonder if 10 gallon is too low? 8 gallon? Nice when chemical comes out even with 2.5 gallon containers. 5 gallons spray 40 acres of 4 lb. or 5 gallons sprayer 50 acres 5lb salvo like we've used in the past.

Nick did you plant field to strip crop this year? If so how's it looking?
