Subject: Burrcumber in soybeans

NW IL
Is there any product that can be post sprayed that will provide residual without taking a yield hit. Also the field was sprayed 10 days ago with 7oz of Cobra and is still stunted.
I'd like to spray it again in 7-10 days and then be done with it. Velvet weed is the only other concern at this point.

Thanks.

Ps Looks like my neighbor is trying to help in another field
