Wresfar read what black coffee wrote! I don't know where your located or really don't care. The stuff does get up and move under certain conditions.
Here is my question for a Monsanto or basf rep,,,,I know you are wind testing everything but are you lab water by chance? Maybe they should do different sources of water, maybe just maybe lab water being perfect makes it work properly
