The drift probably came from neighbor C and/or D who used generic dicamba, his regular nozzles and no dra's. Of course no one will fess up to it and probably bought the Chem online from a supplier calling around offering cheap dicamba (in a restricted county) telling folks it's the same thing as extendamax and giving no guidance On proper application.
