Moving up calving dates on late calving cows.

Subject: I am new to beef but we milked cows for a long time. This is what


we did. Give her a shot of multimin at 20 days fresh. Then at 30 days give her a shot of lute and another multimin to have a heat and clean things up. Then 11 days later give her another shot of lute and breed on that heat. We would give multimin again at breeding. It's not cheap but it seemed to work if we needed to get a cow to calve back in for show season or to avoid January and February winter weather.
