Central Iowa | My 15 day for central Iowa shows 90's by July 5th.
My personal opinion is this cold spell just delays pollination dates a couple more days, because we are going to enter a 6 day stretch of only 5-12 GDD per day (If my math was correct). If you have corn that is barely canopied, where does that put your pollination date?
If pollination doesn't happen until late July, it could be interesting. Most of Iowa should be on track for normal pollination dates though?
