I'm with ya Jon.

I'm not saying the Dakota guys don't know what they're saying or doing, but I've kinda wondered the same thing.

Dakota's are "fringe" soybean acres. Ok, I got it. They are not "fringe" HRS acres. They ARE the HRS acres.

Only problem is...13 million acres of soybeans that do 5-10bu/ac...Ahhhhhh, no big deal they don't really count anyway.

13 million acres of beans that do 40-50 bu/ac...holy crap!!! what are we gonna do with all these US soybeans???!!!

I guess the fact is that they (beans) are not close enough to maturity yet. Until then, they are trendline yield on planted acres.
