80-84 CSR 2 soil. Square farm NEIA. A little rolling 1 waterway up the middle. And a small waterway to the east, in a draw, and another to the west also in a draw. Takes water from the north. Pretty good farm. All tiled out. (FARMER TILED) So take that what it's worth. What's the predictions for the price??? (I'll be updating this thread tommorow with price)

Last farm that sold locally went for 12,300. (Better farm than this)
Another farm locally is listed for 10,900. (Probably about the same quality)
IMHO it's probably worth realistically 7-8 in this farm economy. But we ll see.
