Realistically there isn't any farm ground anywhere that's worth more than $7000-8000 in this farm economy but that doesn't stop any auction in this area from blowing past $10,000
With that CSR around here it would bring $12,000 pretty easily
100 miles east of here it would probably be $8000-$10,000 land
