We had a 1.6 inch rain two days ago and 3/4 inch last night - really perked things up around here.
A family we are friends with own The Heidelberg Restaurant in Columbia, Mo. They had a great Father's Day buffet this morning we went to after church. Guess who still got to pay........? They had omletes, so I avoided the bread and pancakes.
I decided this week my goal is to get to 220 pounds. |
