Missouri | There has to be an offset your missing somewhere. 6 seconds for turn on is incredibly high. If you turn the sections on and off manually, and use the time it takes for the flow to start/stop, that should be a good starting point for look aheads. Most sprayer on/off valves cycle in 1 to 2 seconds max. Typically a look ahead doesn't have to be more than a few tenths over the valve cycle time.
Also, are you certain the display isn't mapping backwards? If it's mapping backwards that can cause this problem. I don't have time for the details, but the short answer is Ag Leader made a mistake in the firmware last spring. If you go [Home Screen] --> [Big Double End Wrench] --> [GPS & Steering], and uncheck the box [Use Heading Detection], it will disable the feature that causes this problem. If you disable heading detection, it becomes impossible to map backwards. | |
