1. I have come to find out one version of software gives this error in cold weather. Works great above 50 degrees. That shouldn't be a problem now tho?

2. Your tablet has a version of operating system, your app has a version, the controller has a version, the drone itelf has a version, the batteries have a version. Depending what version of what you have, when some of these get out of step with the others you get the problems you describe. If you search the DJI forums, you see a lot of discussion of this. It can be. Difficult to get all these different pieces all happy with each other. The 'company policy' is that of course you upgrade all 5 pieces to the very newest versions available. At times tho, the new stuff isn't compatable with itself either. Depending on your software versions, you might need to download a file to your camera card, and then stick it in the drone turn it on and wait. The other components can be updated differently.

The drone store owners here probably can explain this better, but they don't seem to have the upgrade problems many of us common folk run into?

Edit: I've run into the same problem you have 3 times. Twice was updates mismatched, once was the cold temp issue.
