The Tingley website shows that they still carry children's boots. Ask at a local farm supply store. Many stores carry men's Tingleys, and could probably special order the children's boots.
I started out on those stormtracks boots(called weatherstars back then, IIRC), and have been wearing Tingley's ever since.
