I had trouble earlier this spring with the same set up as yours. I ended up lowering the angle at which it rejects the satellites. I think default is something like 15 degrees. I also lowered the number of satellites required to run. Mine was set at 5. I lowered it to 4 I think. Also the tech guy told me there was a different satellite number to use. He said mine was set for one that sat over Hawaii. The one I am on now is over California or so he says. Anyway, I haven't had any trouble since. I don't remember where all the changes I made were located in the system, but if you want, I can check tomorrow and tell you better what I did and where in the system I made the changes.
