We installed a brick pizza oven in the winery this spring. Once we get the fire going good we will have a temperature around 750 to 800 degrees. We cook a pizza in 90 seconds.
It is a big plus for the winery.
We bought it from a firm in New York that imported it from Naples Italy.

I've had a thought of a wood fired pizza operation for a long time. Would really like to go to his Pizza school. Just might have to make it out your way one day |
