Floyd County, Iowa | Paul Bernhard, "Mr Porkchop" from Iowa's yearly RAGBRAI bike ride, used cobs for cooking his chops. He had a bin inside his bus for them.
But, he cooked LOTS of chops every day during that week, and would get set up early in the day to get the cobs burning and ready to cook on, so it's not a fast process.
Me, it's either the gas grill or the pellet grill, depending on what's on the menu. | |
