Central Nebraska | Changed pin out from 5 volt to 12 volt on channel plug of liquid module, now reads feedback from flowmeter. Removed bypass harness that was installed for troubleshooting and went direct to original chassis harness, no good. Installed fixed replacement harness and all is well. The question I have is. Why did a machine that was working fine for 4 years suddenly quit working after being parked overnight and throw such odd symptoms. It took a change of voltages to the flowmeter and an isolation of harnessing to remedy the fix. Why? Who knows? One of the reasons that I love what I do. Thanks for the responses. | |
