Subject: Ag Leader direct command.

Central Nebraska
Stumped on this one. Have a Raptor self propelled sprayer that was built for Raven controls. Unit has Versa with direct command Raven replacement. Was working fine, parked and next day would not read rate. Unit will spray but no feedback from flowmeter. Have replaced direct command module, no change. Replaced flowmeter, no change. Bypassed power, signal and ground on chassis and went directly from module to flowmeter, no change. Can get rate to read with short no short test at flowmeter. Can hear servo adjust to try and lock onto rate while performing short no short test. Here is the thing that puzzles me. Voltage at the flowmeter is fine during short no short but if either flowmeter is plugged in, the voltage drops to 3.5 volts on signal and power. Thought supply voltage may be a problem since it is supplied through chassis harness/old Raven harness. Supplied voltage direct from battery with display power harness, no change. Any ideas? Could I have two bad flowmeters? Any help is appreciated.
