Hello - 

My youngest daughter turned 5 Wednesday, so we ate out and had cake/ice cream.  I am finding out though that I can eat a normal meal at celebrations as long as the other meals are a lot less.

I also started walking with my wife for 5k twice this past week.  My old tennis shoes from college 25 years ago hurt my feet, so we are going tonight to get a new pair.

I weighed 255.1 this morning.
