They are claiming I need a new phone . Claiming hardware Issue.. I can try to do a hard reboot I can get to the menu page but It won't do it .. I can follow youtube instructions to get to a re-boot page but it won't let me select the options with volume up and volume down key strokes . The told me 4 years is twice as long as it was supposed to last ..
