If it's a servo valve, standard or fast type, you can program in a low limit, which will not let the valve close down below a certain point typically for the number of gallons per minute. This will help prevent the valve from closing all the way so you lose all of the system pressure.
Maybe should add, to figure your gpm, figure out what your lowest pressure is that you want it to go, look on your nozzle chart and it will tell you gpm at that pressure, multiply that by the number of nozzles on the sprayer.
Example. You have a 11004 nozzle, you want, say, 20psi min. The flow is .28 gpm. Say you have 60 nozzles, you would enter 16.8 as min flow.
