Subject: Corn wilting - Why

Northeastern Pa.
Have corn that has come up and looked real nice now some is wilting and dying. I would post a picture but haven't done it before. Planted at 2". We did get a lot of rain after spraying with 28%,Acuron, Atrazine and Bullseye (generic R-up). This was on last years bean stubble and was no-tilled. Found a white grub but FS rep. said that wouldn't do it. The seed and roots look good. He said it was a planter or seed issue ? I asked what do you mean and I didn't get a straight answer.
