I would guess that the flow sensor is stuck. Might have gotten a bit of trash in the line. Sometimes you can tap lightly on the side of the sensor and it will come lose for a while. It looks like a long fitting with a wire coming out the side. It is on the autosteering valve right behind the front axle.
