Central NC | bought one new in 2012 other than an initial issue with the net wrap I have 12000 through it and just replaced the chains. That's all. The net issue was the net was getting caught on the small spiral shaped rollers that allow the wrap to cover the edge of the bale. If your finger nail will catch on the very end of the spiral so will the net. Took the wire welder and put a mini spot on the end of the spiral point, filed it smooth and no issues after 11500 rolls. I grease it every time I go to the field and blow it off with back pack when I get back. | |
