Subject: RE: John Deere 4440 pulling Kinze

I pull a 12/23 2600 with 4630. I have done this for the last 14 years on 1200 acres. I live and farm in the SW IA. hills. It handles it just fine. I have 800lbs of weight on each real wheel and I have duals also of course. I also have 8 front weights(suit case style). Your 4440 isn't that much different of a base tractor frame than my 4630. I plant at 5 mph. (5th gear power shift, 1800 rpm)
