Madison Co. Virginia | My right eye has never seen the same(20/20 down to 20/40) since a small scratch from a tree branch 5 years ago. I've had quite a few corneal abrasions and several resulting infections in both eyes, and in every case I've regained my former vision within 2 months except for this one event.
The worst time was an unexplained infection in my left eye last christmas, which at its worst, resulted in 20/200.
Getting metal inside the cornea, and the resulting rust, is much more troublesome than my surface abrasions. Hope it works out for you. | |
