MN Ag Guy - 5/26/2017 10:42 Looking at purchasing some pasture land in SW Minnesota and wondering what range I should expect to pay per acre? The land is gravel/rock side hill that leads into low wet land. Basically this small section is not conveniently farmable so crop income is not considered in the price. It would basically be hunting land. Thank you in advanced. Contact your county assessor - he'll give you precise values for that parcel . . . . . . . Just the mention of hunting ground just tripled the value - do not mention that use. It's pasture for livestock (not horses either - they seem to have unlimited funds and inflate real values). |
