| I have had nothing but issues with the cleaning system on my 2388!! I've owned several 1680's a 1688 and a 2188 and never had problems such as soybeans flowing into the cleaning fan housing going down hill leaning to the right. Loading the system with chaff in wheat to the point It starts filling the hopper with pure chaff ??? I usually have the fan at 1100-1200 just to keep things from overloading, the usual rotor/concave settings just do not seem to improve things I guess I'm frustrated because in my opinion the simple normal settings and troubleshooting don't help?? I have noticed some cleaning fan aftermarket kits to change the wind angle, and also some pulley speed kit updates from case but it's old enough now that not much info is available from the dealership. Any info would be appreciated( BTW it has the cross flow fan) | |
