NW MN | Hello. Found a place on craigslist selling some RR1 Patent expired and legal Soybean seeds. I have 85 acres left to finish up. Was curious what everyone else thought of this - If it's a bit sketchy or what. I called the guy, he said he can't tell me legally what "variety"/"Brand" they are which I get.
Would I be the one liable for any repurcussions if the poo hit the fan or would it be on their end?
