Subject: Chemical damage or weather damage on beans

Remsen, Iowa
On April 17th I put down 3 ounces of Fierce on top of corn stalk ground that will be no tilled with beans later on. On the 11th of May, beans where no till planted. Yesterday the 22nd, I checked the field and this is what I found. A bunch of brown looking crap. Is this Fierce damage or weather related or both. It has been overall cold and wet since the day Fierce was put down. Or do i have something else going on. Will the beans out grow it if it ever warms up. I have use Valor in the past with good luck. All though it was put on after planting at the 2 ounce rate.
