Middle Tennessee | We own a JD 7000 8 row planter with a Kelderman fold that allows you to swing the outside row around on each side for transport.
The cable that connects to the marker broke when I lifted the planter on the end of the row and hit a bump before the marker was fully raised. (I know this is the wrong sequence and have learned my lesson for the future!) Each marker is connected to a separate hydraulic cylinder in the wing by a cable. I need to find a replacement cable that connects the hydraulic cylinder to the marker arm.
I realize that this is an aftermarket design so I may not find the specific part I need but is there a place where I can call to find that sort of thing? If not, is there a specific type of cable that I should use so I can just build it on my own? Thanks in advance! | |
