Unnessary demands by horn blowing are rude.Un-nesary demands can also be interperted differently to anyone though.
.... If someone drives in my yard and blows the horn repeatedly and makes me put my boots on and I have to walk out to their vehicle just so they can sit on their ars and reminise for an hour on the same story over and over several times a month..., I consider it just a tiny tiny bit rude.(no offense to anyone though) (:(:
