| I just installed my first hydraulic autopilot system on my older tractor, and I am having an issue with it causing the tractor's hydraulic pump to stay on. I think something with the load sense isn't working correctly. I followed the diagram below, and I even tried reversing the load sense lines, but the system wouldn't work correctly with the load sense lines switched, although it did let the tractor's hydraulic pump not always be on except when the parking brake was on.
If anyone has any ideas about what is causing this, I would really appreciate it! I/m curious if its possible that the orbital steering motor could be causing the problem.
