NW IL | The 6500 by default has two serial connectors on in. Serial A will connect to the Integra display cable, serial B can connect to the back of the pro 700. In the GPS settings of 6500 there is a menu where you can set up NMEA strings for port B to meet requirements of pro 700.
It will be cheaper to simply use factory yield monitor in pro700. Personally I think you will be happier if you install Ag Leader yield monitoring kit and use the Integra. It will cost a little more money, but if you are already using Ag Leader in other parts of your operation, I think it is money well spent to have consistent precision ag displays/controls in your different field operations. | |
