Ok I guess I'll try that next. It has been working at these lower rates for the last 5 years, but I am out of options so I'll try anything! Only thing I should try is my hydraulic filter although I doubt that is the problem because my bulk fan also runs off my pto and that works fine. Thanks a lot for your help!
