Sounds like you might be out of luck on a 2010. I have a 2013 8310R. It was a lease return and someone had installed the Trimble third party steering unlock. I wanted to use Ag Leader so the Novarant unlock was installed. I believe the Trimble unlock is "still there". This worked very well this planting season with an InCommand 1200 and SteerCommand.
