Subject: Field IQ Master Switch problem

Quebec, Canada
Hi, I'm having problem on a new installation to run some tru count row clutches in FMX display. Display recognize the section module, green light on master switch is on. lift switch is working and calibrated. But when I toggle the master switch up, it always says master off when I go in the diagnostic page. It is telling me master switch is connected and everything else seems normal. double check my wiring and haven't noticed anything. Connected can harness in port A and B and both does same thing. Also made sure master switch connectors were in the right order with 12 sections switch to cab can harness. What else I should check? Other thing I'm just thinking, I made an extension for my cab kit harness. (7' long) I made sure all wires were same length and didn't weld anything. Used the same deutsch connectors. Only different thing is I used 14 gauge wire instead of what looked to me as 16 gauge wire on the original harness. Can that mess up the CAN bus?

Thanks for helping!
