Illinois | Agreed. You'll see some larger variance in guess rows when using SF1 over SF2 or RTK, but your tractor should still steer straight without having wiggles or "S'ing" as they say. I'm assuming you're using a GS2 or GS3 (touchscreen) as your display? Make sure to do a TCM cal first Main Menu > StarFire > Setup tab. If you do that and it doesn't fix the issue:
For integrated tractor go into your Main Menu > GS2/3 > Guidance > Guidance Settings > Advanced AutoTrac Settings
For tractor with ATU (Deere steering wheel) go into Main Menu > GS2/3 > Guidance > View (Look towards bottom for "ATU Settings"
Both of these options will give you the ability to adjust your Line Sensitives (tracking and heading) start with 1 or the other and only bump number up or down by 5 or 10. Too big of swings can cause the tractor to overcorrect. | |
